Michael Wood is the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra’s Principal Horn as well as an Artist in Residence. He earned his B.M. from Concordia College and his M.M. from Baylor University. His principal teachers include Jonathan Menkins of the Boston Symphony and Sylvia Alimena of the National Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Wood performs 60 concerts as Artist in Residence and hornist with the KSO Woodwind Quintet.
