Crescendo Community String Orchestra Registration is Open

Do you play violin, viola, cello, or string bass? Want to join other string players in a chamber orchestra?
Led by jazz musicians Jesse Lemons, trumpet, and Zollie Schut, percussion, topics covered will include Black American Music repertoire and history, beginning/intermediate Improvisation, and rehearsal/performance etiquette.
We are bursting at the seams with students, and need to add more music teachers! All instruments and voices are encouraged to apply; immediate needs: percussion/drums, piano, and voice.

Registration is OPEN for spring Music Together classes! Join us for 10 weeks of Mixed Ages and Rhythm Kids family classes. New this fall is a 3-week Babies mini-session.
Crescendo is committed to providing need-based financial aid to all qualifying students for private lessons, group classes, and Music Together classes, and more. Applications for 2025-2026 scholarships are due on August 5th.
